Additional Warranty Services
BUILDER-BACKED HOME WARRANTY INFORMATION
Each home comes with a Builder-Backed 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. This means you can have added confidence in our workmanship, systems, and structural aspects of your new home. The builder’s warranty is clearly defined in writing with the 2-10 Program. Your home will be enrolled as of the date of the closing, and you will receive a Certificate of Warranty in the mail shortly after closing.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
An Emergency Contact List is given to you at your homeowner walk thru. This list should be kept handy as it has contact information for Heat, Electrical, Plumbing, and Roofing related emergencies. Please immediately contact the appropriate contractor if you have an emergency pertaining to any of these items.
If you cannot reach the contractor directly, please contact High Country Homes at 253-405-9901. Any non-emergency related items should go thru the 2-10 warranty procedure.
