Jeff Caseber

Jeff formed High Country Homes in 1998 with the desire to build quality yet affordable homes in the Pacific Northwest. Jeff has had a passion for residential architecture, construction, and design since he was in high school. It was then that he started working in the trades doing numerous jobs developing his skills in framing, roofing, concrete work, and interior finishes. Jeff eventually spent time working in a high-end interior design showroom, learning from some of the best designers in the industry, before moving from the cold Midwest out to the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Shortly after, High Country Homes was formed.

Jeff was now able to pull together all the experience he obtained working hands on in the trades, as a project manager, in interior design, and as a customer service representative, along with his passion for quality homebuilding. He sought out to create homes that were well thought out using the best materials, homes with detail, quality finishes and workmanship, and offer the right features and amenities to add value but remain attainable in cost.

Now over 25 years later, Jeff has built more than 400 homes in the Pacific Northwest and remains committed to these same principles. He continues to improve the industry with his high standards, respected building practices, and quality-built homes. He is still involved daily and largely focused on land acquisition, development, sales, and design, as well as the overall functions of the business. Jeff’s goal is to one day leave a legacy for his family to carry on this vision for years to come.
